After soft pressing, the Glera is vinified in white in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the Pinot Noir part is vinified in red, to give more aroma and color to the cuvée. The refinement lasts a few months, then we proceed with the assembly in an autoclave and with the second fermentation as per the Charmat Method; the overall process takes about 60 days, before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt sight it shows a beautiful bright pale pink color with bright reflections, and fine and continuous perlage. Delicate fruity aromas of raspberry, wild strawberries, fragrant white pulp fruit and citrus fruits arrive on the nose.
