A label inspired by the first lady of the family: Maria Teresa Basile Varvaglione. A 100% Apulian Chardonnay barricaded wine, satisfying and enveloping like a mother's warm embrace. Vinification begins with soft pressing, followed by fermentation in barriques at 16°-18°C and aging on the fine lees, always in barriques, with periodic bâtonnage.
A drink with a golden yellow color. The rich olfactory profile is punctuated by fruity aromas of pineapple and spicy notes. On the palate, the sip is balanced with a right acidity and a pleasant and very long aftertaste.
Perfect with shellfish and fish-based dishes in general.
