The Moscato grape has a particular aroma and is beautifully expressed in this label produced from the assembly of 100% Moscato Bianco grapes from three different estates located in the heart of the Moscato d'Asti DOCG area. The soils are medium deep, with a calcareous composition, with a large percentage of sand and silt; thanks to these properties of the soil, they give the product a highly refined aromatic profile, with a great structure.
It has a bright straw yellow color. The smell seduces with delicate floral and citrus aromas to which are added in the final hints of sage. The taste is pleasantly sweet and balanced, it offers a creamy, rich and with a delicate effervescence that enhances its freshness.
Perfect combination at the end of the meal with dry pastries and fruit salads, excellent also with ripe cheeses.
