"Pariglia" owes its name to the spectacular horse shows that take place during the Sartiglia, the famous Sardinian equestrian tournament.
After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. The must is then fermented in stainless steel vats and then aged for a few months both in stainless steel tanks and in vitrified cement tanks, before bottling.
Fruity and floral touches distinguish the sip and nose of this splendid Vermentino which shows a deep straw yellow color in the glass.
It enters the palate demonstrating a light and fresh sip, very drinkable, which evolves into a finish with a persistent aftertaste.
"Pariglia" is the demonstration of the expression exceptional quality/price; demonstrates how it is possible to purchase quality products at affordable prices.
An ideal white wine to drink in combination with fish dishes or as an aperitif glass.
