The Sangue di Giuda dell'Oltrepò Pavese is certainly the right glass to conclude the meal with taste and refinement. The vinification is carried out exclusively in steel and refermented in an autoclave. An excellent wine, which takes us back to the most deeply rooted winemaking traditions of the Oltrepò Pavese.
Purple-red in appearance, with intense violet reflections, this wine offers the nose rich fruity scents of blueberries, wild strawberries and overripe black cherries, finely blended with aromas of jam and light medicinal notes. A vinous, soft, medium-bodied and extremely persistent taste seduces the palate.
A label that lends itself to pairing with sweets stuffed with jams, and with mature cheeses.
