Winery Dr. Fischer

Historically tied to the Fischer family and to the vineyards of the Saar, Dr. Fischer has long been associated with Riesling from the steep slate slopes. In recent years the label has been relaunched and brought back into the spotlight by Martin Foradori Hofstätter, who has taken over management to revive the estate’s traditional production along the Saar/Moselle.
