Meet the producer
The story
From a family of local winegrowers, Guillaume took over the small family estate and began marketing his own bottles in recent years; his work remains small-scale and tied to the parcels of Vrigny and the surrounding area.
Production philosophy
Artisanal, low-intervention approach: partial vinification in wood for some cuvées, frequent use of indigenous yeasts, extended aging and restrained dosage to highlight the purity of the soil and the varietal expression.
