Winery history Mas Jullien

Domaine Mas Jullien was founded by Olivier Jullien and is regarded as one of the pioneers of the Languedoc's quality revival. From its earliest years the estate has focused on selected parcels and meticulous winemaking, helping to elevate the reputation of the Terrasses du Larzac area.

Production philosophy

Seeking the character of the terroir through the use of indigenous grape varieties and parcel-by-parcel vinifications; low-intervention viticulture with periods of organic certification in the past, while maintaining a degree of independence from formal certifications.

Terroir and vineyards

Located in the village of Jonquières, northwest of Montpellier, in the Terrasses du Larzac. Vineyards are situated on different soils and on plots at various altitudes, which contribute to distinguishing the cuvées.
