Winery history Noelia Ricci

The Noelia Ricci project was born within Tenuta Pandolfa; the initiative began in 2010 and saw its first harvest in 2013. The estate's family history is reflected in its production choices: the vineyards were replanted, and the operation is now managed by the next generation with the aim of enhancing the vineyard plots in Predappio and the native grape varieties.

Production philosophy

A pursuit of terroir expression and the classic Sangiovese of Romagna: winemaking with indigenous yeasts, controlled macerations and limited intervention. Strong focus on vineyard sustainability and adherence to organic practices.

Terroir and vineyards

Vineyards are located in the Predappio subzone, on a southeast-facing ridge at 200–340 m above sea level; soils are composed of spungone, sandstones and sulphurous/calcareous marls, with abundant ochre clays and sands.

Awards and recognitions

Noelia Ricci's wines, particularly Godenza, have received national and international recognition: Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso, scores of 94–95 from Wine Enthusiast, accolades from Veronelli, and awards from Slow Wine, among others.
