Winery history Tenuta Le Colonne

Tenuta Le Colonne was established as a wine estate linked to the Dievole / ABFV Italia group. The Bulgheroni group expanded its investments in Tuscany, reaching Bolgheri; the Tenuta Le Colonne project was launched as part of this expansion in 2016, when the owners created the new ventures in Bolgheri.

Production philosophy

Agronomic management focused on respect for the soil and vineyard: regenerative practices and certified organic production. In the winery, emphasis is placed on the wine’s elegance and freshness, with aging of the reds in large French oak casks and an approach aimed at showcasing the terroir.

Terroir and vineyards

The estate is located in Donoratico, in the southernmost part of the Bolgheri area, close to the sea and characterised by sandy soils with maritime pines that define the coastal landscape. The microclimate is influenced by its proximity to the sea.
