Production philosophy

Respect for the land and indigenous varieties, measured human intervention, and attention to expressing the island's terroir in the wines; a pursuit of balance between nature and winemaking to achieve mineral expressions with long aging potential.

Terroir and vineyards

Vineyards located on the plateau and terraces of the island of Tinos, characterized by large volakes, a windy climate, granitic soils and a strong maritime influence.
