Winery T-OINOS

An initiative spearheaded by Alexandre Avatangelos and Gérard Margeon to recover and recreate the historic vineyards of Tinos; the project involved oenological consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt and the local team in defining the wines and vineyard and cellar practices.

Respect for the land and indigenous varieties, measured human intervention, and attention to expressing the island's terroir in the wines; a pursuit of balance between nature and winemaking to achieve mineral expressions with long aging potential.
