Distillation and production

Production method

Two-phase production: a non-alcoholic 'mother' obtained by distilling spring water with selected botanicals (red juniper, myrtle leaves, sea fennel, etc.), and an alcoholic 'mother' obtained by infusing individual botanicals in grain alcohol. The two mothers are then used for a final steam extraction (Carter Head-style) to obtain the different aromatic expressions.

Distillation

Multi-step process: water-bath distillation for the non-alcoholic mother, infusions for the alcoholic mother, and subsequent steam extraction (Carter Head-style) to create the variants.

Producer history Aqua

The range was born as a project linked to Bespoke Distillery (Campania) and was conceived in response to bartenders' need for ready-made products to vary cocktails without managing many fresh ingredients. The idea is inspired by the olfactory pyramid of perfumery and developed into several fragrances dedicated to mixing.
