The story
The Danzka brand was born in the late 1980s (first produced in 1989) as a Danish-origin vodka. In 2013 the brand rights were acquired by the German family group Waldemar Behn; following the acquisition the company DANZKA Vodka Copenhagen ApS was established (2013) to manage commercial activities.
Production philosophy
Positioned on Nordic design, service practicality and quality: the brand identity combines aesthetics (an aluminium bottle inspired by the cocktail shaker) and functionality (a bottle that cools quickly, also designed for the travel retail market).
Territory
Origin Denmark (Copenhagen); international distribution with particular focus on duty-free / travel retail. Brand owner: Waldemar Behn (Germany).
Production method
Danzka states the use of demineralized groundwater, 100% whole grain (wheat) and a continuous six-column distillation process to obtain a vodka with a clean profile; technical/retailer sheets also report filtration stages (e.g. charcoal filtration).

continuous six-column distillation
