Production method
Artisanal production based on discontinuous steam-heated pot stills (batch distillation). A multi-step process (distillation, filtration and redistillation) is used to isolate the heart of the distillate. The plant can distill both pomace and wine to obtain grappa and wine spirit/brandy respectively.

Family origins date back to the late 19th century; production as an organized company began in the second half of the 20th century. The Berta family developed artisanal production of grappa and wine spirits, later moving the facilities to Casalotto (Mombaruzzo) and expanding the range with reserve selections and aged products.
