Production method
The Elisir is obtained from Raboso Piave wine enriched with ethyl alcohol, grappa veneta, cane sugar and natural aromas; it undergoes maceration/infusion phases and a prolonged aging in oak casks (partly in barriques) for several years before bottling.
Ageing
Long maturation in Slavonian oak casks (various sizes) with part of the product aged in barriques; aging times generally indicated between 4 and 6 years depending on the label.
