Meet the producer
The story
R.L. Seale & Co. began as a commercial and blending house for rum led by the Seale family; sources indicate the modern company traces its origins to the 1920s with Reginald Leon Seale and, from the 1990s, the family relaunched direct production at the site now known as Foursquare Rum Distillery. Under subsequent generations (including Richard Seale) the group has developed both historic local brands and revised reissues for international markets.
Production philosophy
To honour Barbadian rum tradition through careful blending and controlled aging; focus on the quality of mixes and the preservation of local brand heritage acquired by the Seale family.
