The story
Spirits production is carried out on the Ramsbury Estate site in Wiltshire. The distillation facility was built in 2015 and since then the company has grown, milled, distilled and bottled its labels in-house, tracing bottles back to the specific field where the grain was grown.
Production philosophy
Integrated on-site production (single estate/field-to-glass), use of local raw materials, waste reduction and sustainable practices across the supply chain to obtain spirits that are recognizable and transparent in terms of origin.

Production method
Field-to-glass process: winter wheat is grown, harvested and milled on the estate; the raw material is distilled on site and the base spirit is then re-distilled with botanicals for the gin. Production uses both a 43-plate copper column and pot stills for different expressions.
