San Venanzo

San Venanzo is an agricultural business that continues a family tradition in cultivating Verdicchio di Matelica. According to trade fair and retailer notes, the family's winemaking tradition gave rise to the visciole wine project "Vi al Quadrato", introduced in recent years as the company's distinctive product; the estate maintains an old Verdicchio vineyard and has adopted organic farming practices.

The estate favors organic cultivation methods and traditional, natural processing approaches: recovery of native wild visciola stock, respect for the territory and small-volume production to preserve the identity and quality of raw materials.
