The story
Sipsmith was founded in 2009 in Hammersmith (west London) by a group of enthusiasts who wanted to bring artisanal gin production back to the heart of the city. After years of administrative processes and experimentation, the brand launched its first recipe in 2009 and quickly established itself as one of the leading names in the London gin revival.
