The story
Active since 1966, Sprint Distillery is an Italian company specialized in the artisanal production of alcoholic beverages. Ownership is linked to local wine cooperatives and the company has developed both retail lines and products and semi-finished goods for catering and industry.
Production philosophy
Reinterpreting traditional recipes in a modern key by using quality alcohol worked with herbs, infusions, fruit and wine derivatives, with attention to customization for the HoReCa channel and industrial supplies.

Production method
Artisanal production on a controlled industrial scale: processing of first-quality alcohol with infusions, extracts and fruit derivatives; production of cream liqueurs and liqueurs as well as distillates and grappa. The company also supplies semi-finished products ready for bottling/packaging.
Distillation
For grappa and some distillates copper columns are used; the catalogue also mentions the use of vacuum distillation for some references. Liqueurs are produced from infusions and processes using extracts and juices.
Ageing
Some distilled expressions are aged in oak casks and finished in barrique.
