Campania Aglianico IGT Antece is a red wine from Cantina Dei Quinti. The IGT designation refers to Campania, while Aglianico identifies the grape variety named on the label. As no information is available about the vintage or the producer’s winemaking choices, this description is deliberately restrained: it does not attribute undocumented aromas, structure or ageing methods to the wine. It may appeal to those looking for a red wine from Campania associated with Aglianico, without relying on tasting details that have not been provided.
For food pairing, it may be considered with flavourful dishes, meat or preparations based on pulses, depending on the recipe and personal preference. These are general suggestions, not recommendations drawn from a tasting note. The wine may suit an everyday meal or form part of a selection of regional wines. To serve it appropriately, refer to the information on the label and take the meal into account. Its stated origin and grape variety provide useful points of reference when choosing it, while tasting will shape each drinker’s own impression.

The winery
Cantina dei Quinti
Campania — Province of SalernoItaly
Cantina dei Quinti is the Rago family’s winemaking project, produced by Az. Agricola Luciana Rago. The winery offers wines from Campania, including Giusso, a Fiano Campania IGT.
The story
The Rago family traces its farming tradition to Gaetano Rago, who began it in 1892. The Campania Region wine guide lists 2021 as the start of Cantina dei Quinti’s activity and names Luciana Rago as its owner.
Production philosophy
The winery says its work is grounded in a connection to the land, care, preservation, and innovation. For Fiano Giusso, it selects the grapes and uses controlled vinification and stainless-steel maturation to preserve freshness and varietal expression.
Terroir and vineyards
The grapes for Giusso come from the area of Contursi Terme and Sicignano degli Alburni, at 180–200 metres above sea level, within the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park territory. The winery lists its location as Battipaglia, in the province of Salerno.
