Using for the first time the red berried grapes of the native Marche vines, La Hoz Rosè represents a further proposal from Umani Ronchi in terms of winemaking and sparkling wine, which joins the Classic Method with Verdicchio and Chardonnay grapes.
A rosé with a more complex and structured perlage, thanks to the grapes used mixed with Montepulciano, which give the freshness of a rosé a consistent body. Excellent middle ground between a red and white sparkling wine.
