Varvaglione is a Salento winery present in the Apulian territory since 1921, an Italian excellence known not only nationally, which uses constantly evolving technologies.
The 12eMezzo line offers white and red wines that bring together all the best characteristics of the territory, with a relatively low alcohol content. The vinification involves 24 hours of maceration, soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and aging in steel.
A Malvasia which when poured shows a golden color and yellow hues. The nose releases aromatic fruity aromas, with surprising vanilla notes. The taste is fresh, balanced and lively, decidedly harmonious and delicate.
Excellent in combination with cheeses, perfect with fish and shellfish dishes.
