The grapes harvested from the first decade of August are spread out in the warm and always lit Sicilian sun, to dry for two to three weeks and then left to macerate together with the fermenting must, in order to favor the release of aromas and sugars.
With a golden yellow color, fresh and fragrant notes of ripe fruit, with an enveloping and sugary flavor.
Perfect in combination with fresh cheeses and dry desserts or as an alternative to a fantastic cabaret of assorted pastries.

The Cellar and the Estate: Solidea
The Solidea Farm was born in 1998 from the desire of Giacomo to carry on a family wine tradition started by his grandfather in the early twentieth century. For his immense love for his wife, he dedicated the name to him: Solidea. And this is what the wines produced by this winery want to represent, an immense and very sweet love of the Moscato and Passito di Pantelleria.
