Another variety of Pinot besides the White and the Grey, which leads to higher alcohol content with intense and full-bodied reds.
It ranks among the most important wines worldwide, used both to produce pure wines such as the one presented by the Kossler house, or to make great internationally renowned wines with the best mixes.
Elegant and velvety, it brings to mind memories of red berries and wild cherries between smell and taste. Produced through a maceration and fermentation in stainless steel, with subsequent aging in oak barrels and partly in barriques.How to serve
