The Vouvray Plaisir Ancestral Nature from Domaine Careme is a distillation of the elegance and tradition of the Loire Valley, renowned for its exceptional wines. This particular Vouvray is produced according to the ancestral method, which involves spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts and a second fermentation in the bottle that contributes to its natural and delicate effervescence.

The color is a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, indicative of its freshness and youth. On the nose, Vouvray Plaisir Ancestral Nature reveals a sophisticated bouquet of white flowers, green apple, and pear notes, with a subtle background of minerality reminiscent of flint. On the palate, the attack is lively, almost crisp, thanks to its well-integrated acidity that leads to a long and clean finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, this wine pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, or even a buffalo mozzarella caprese for a meeting of simple yet rich flavors. A pure expression of the Vouvray terroir, Plaisir Ancestral Nature is a testament to Domaine Careme's ability to produce wines that are as refined as they are satisfying.
