La Beer del Poeta is a tribute to the great writer Giovanni Pascoli. It is produced in Tuscany, a place where the poet had retired in the last period of his life at the behest of his sister, despite his firm desire to return to his hometown of San Mauro Pascoli.
A high fermentation spelled craft beer, the amber version is in fact a deep orange color and very intense to the eye. Very fragrant and elegant on the nose, it gives the palate a very unique and original aromatic flavor. From the first sip the typical aromas of orange peel and coriander prevail, perfectly blended with the bitterness of the hops.
The moderate hopping enhances the spelled and barley malt making this amber very pleasant and appreciated by lovers of craft beers. A very versatile drink that goes well with fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables, cereal or legume soups, desserts or fruit tarts, as well as being certainly exceptional on its own, where all its unique and unmistakable taste prevails.
