Made with a careful selection of corn, rye, and malted barley, it respects the roots of traditional bourbon but opens up to a new sensory dimension thanks to the final aging in barrels that previously contained wines or other spirits. This balance makes the Double Barrel versatile at the table, perfect to enjoy neat or with a splash of fresh water, ideal paired with smoked meat dishes or chocolate desserts.
A whisky that tells stories of passion and respect for the land, an authentic expression of American culture.

Distillation
Mixed production: use of pot stills (Vendome) at the Six Mile Creek site and distillates supplied by partners; focus on traditional pot distillation followed by blending and finishing.
Ageing
Aging in oak barrels (including use of new American oak barrels for bourbon) and in some cases secondary finishing in European/French casks; some expressions feature final maturation in special barrels or staves.
