The Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Mai Dire Mai by Pasqua is an expression of great elegance and intensity, typical of the renowned Veneto region. Made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, carefully harvested in the classic Valpolicella area, this wine stands out for the traditional drying method, which concentrates the aromas and flavors. After a slow fermentation and aging in oak barrels, Mai Dire Mai offers a complex bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit, cherry, sweet spices, and hints of dark chocolate.

On the palate, it is enveloping and full-bodied, with soft and well-integrated tannins that enhance its persistence. Its elegant structure makes it ideal to pair with rich dishes such as braised meats, game, and aged cheeses, highlighting each individual ingredient. An Amarone that celebrates the excellence of the Veronese territory with balance and character.
