Barolo Fossati by Roberto Voerzio is a red wine of incomparable elegance and depth, produced in the renowned vineyards of La Morra, in the heart of the Barolo region. This wine represents one of the highest expressions of Nebbiolo, the queen variety of Piedmont, known for its ability to create wines of great structure and longevity.

With its intense garnet red color and orange reflections typical of the maturation and aging of this variety, Barolo Fossati presents a visually inviting appearance. On the nose, it releases a complex and engaging bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, along with hints of violet, licorice, tobacco, and a slight background touch of tar.

On the palate, the wine is rich and structured, with an excellent concentration of flavors that reflect the nose. The complexity of the taste is balanced by a lively freshness and a subtle tannic texture that promises excellent aging potential. The finish is long and persistent, with an elegant aftertaste of spices and minerality.

Roberto Voerzio, renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and respect for tradition combined with modern techniques, produces this Barolo in limited quantities, making Fossati a true rarity for connoisseurs and collectors. Ideal for pairing with rich dishes such as braised meats, game, and aged cheeses, this Barolo is a treasure to discover and enjoy on special occasions.

Each bottle of Barolo Fossati is the result of passionate work and an exceptionally dedicated terroir, confirming Roberto Voerzio as one of the most illustrious interpreters of Barolo.
