Villa Raiano's Aglianico is a red wine made exclusively from hand-picked and carefully selected Aglianico grapes. The clusters, placed in small crates to preserve their integrity, are brought to the cellar where fermentation begins. Subsequently, 50% of the wine ages for six months in wooden barrels, while the remaining part matures in steel, thus maintaining the fruit's freshness intact and enhancing the aromatic complexity.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, it reveals enveloping aromas of cocoa, tobacco, and fresh fruit, with hints of mulberry, plum, and delicate balsamic and minty nuances. On the palate, it stands out for its mature and harmonious tannic texture, supported by a pleasant freshness and lively sapidity that lengthens the finish.

Perfectly paired with first courses featuring long-cooked sauces and grilled meats of all kinds, Villa Raiano's Aglianico is a wine with an authentic and vigorous character, fully expressing the soul of the Irpinian territory.
