The Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosato - Arjola by Argiolas is a wine that expresses all the freshness and elegance of the Cannonau vine, interpreted in a rosé key. Argiolas, one of the most prestigious and historically significant wineries in Sardinia, is known for its ability to enhance the island's native varieties, producing wines that illustrate the richness and diversity of the Sardinian territory.

Arjola fits into this context as a rosé of great character, obtained from carefully selected Cannonau grapes, coming from vineyards located in the most suitable areas of the island. The vinification is aimed at preserving the aromatic characteristics and freshness of the vine, with a short maceration of the skins which gives the wine its characteristic rosé color and some of the distinctive aromas.

Visually, the Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosato - Arjola has a bright and inviting pink color. On the nose, the wine offers a fragrant and complex bouquet, with notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries, cherries and a hint of pomegranate, enriched by floral nuances and a light spiciness that adds depth to the whole.

In the mouth, Arjola reveals a balanced and pleasantly harmonious structure, with a lively freshness that supports its aromatic expressiveness. The fruit flavors blend with a delicate minerality, typical of Sardinian terroirs, leading to a clean and persistent finish that invites another sip.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosato - Arjola by Argiolas is also an ideal companion for light appetizers, fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of food pairings, celebrating conviviality and the joy of sharing.
