The Caprettone Bianco Vesuvio DOP Emblema of Cantine Olivella is born on the fertile volcanic slopes of Vesuvius, in Campania, a production area that imparts a singular minerality to the wine. Obtained from the indigenous Caprettone grape, rare and precious, this white wine elegantly expresses freshness and aromatic finesse, with notes of ripe citrus, white flowers, and light hints of Mediterranean herbs. The aging method, generally carried out in steel, preserves the purity of the fruit and the liveliness of the sip, supported by good structure and harmonious balance.

On the palate, it presents itself fresh and fragrant, with a clean finish that reveals the typicality of the Vesuvius terroir. It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, and light appetizers, enhancing seafood cuisine and local specialties. A wine that encompasses the authenticity of an ancient and little-known winemaking tradition.
