Sharis by Livio Felluga, presented in a convenient 375ml bottle, is a harmonious blend of the Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla grape varieties, grown in the renowned vineyards of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This white wine embodies the philosophy of the Livio Felluga winery, which is founded on quality and the enhancement of the territory.

Visually, Sharis features a bright straw-yellow color, while the nose reveals an intriguing bouquet of exotic fruits, floral notes, and a slight touch of aromatic herbs, enchanting for their freshness and intensity. On the palate, the wine stands out for its perfect balance between acidity and body, which harmoniously combine to offer a sense of fullness coupled with lively freshness.

The winemaking process is carried out with particular care, keeping the grapes at a low temperature before separate vinification, followed by a brief period of aging in steel to preserve all the varietal characteristics and the freshness of the wine.

Sharis is perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, shellfish, or vegetable appetizers. Its versatility also makes it ideal for accompanying Asian cuisine dishes, thanks to its ability to balance even quite intense flavors.

A gem of Friulian winemaking, Sharis is an excellent choice for those wishing to discover the elegance and typicality of the white wines from this prestigious Italian region.
