Malvazija Istarska by Cantina Benvenuti is an emblematic white wine of the Istrian peninsula, known for best expressing the Malvasia Istriana grape variety, cultivated between the Mediterranean microclimates and the karst reliefs. This wine is characterized by an elegant aromatic bouquet, with intense floral notes of elderflower, followed by fruity hints of white peach and delicate citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant savoriness and a soft structure that makes it versatile for food pairing. The aging in steel preserves its natural liveliness and intense aroma, making it ideal to enjoy young. Perfect with seafood appetizers, fish-based dishes, and fresh cheeses, this wine is an authentic celebration of the Istrian territory, capable of conveying a sense of identity and tradition through every sip.
