Marsala Pellegrino Dolce DOC Fine Rubino is a fortified wine that enchants with its intense ruby red hue and amber reflections. Produced in the coastal regions of Sicily, this Marsala is the result of an expert blend of Grillo, Catarratto, and Inzolia grapes, carefully selected and vinified according to the ancient Marsala tradition.

With an alcohol content around 18%, it offers an aromatic bouquet rich in notes of plums, candied fruit, and hints of molasses and tobacco, which blend into a perfect balance with delicate hints of vanilla and chocolate derived from the long aging process in oak barrels.

On the palate, Marsala Pellegrino Dolce DOC Fine Rubino reveals an enveloping sweetness, balanced by good acidity that enhances its aromatic complexity and prolongs the pleasure of the aftertaste. It pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses, chocolate-based desserts, or as a refined ingredient in the preparation of rich desserts.

This Marsala is perfect for lovers of sweet and structured wines, eager to discover the charm of one of Italy's oldest winemaking traditions.
