The organic Armagnac produced by the historic Dartigalongue house is an exemplary distillate, embodying the excellence of the oldest brandy from wine in France. Founded in 1838 in Nogaro, in the heart of the Bas-Armagnac region, the Dartigalongue distillery has maintained a level of artisanal quality, passing the torch from generation to generation.

This particular organic Armagnac is obtained from vines grown following rigorous organic standards, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, thus respecting the environment and preserving the purity and integrity of the terroir. Distillation takes place in ancient column stills, and the distillate matures in French oak barrels, which helps to develop a complexity of aromas and flavors that are as rich as they are elegant.

On the nose, this Armagnac reveals deep notes of ripe fruit, such as plum and apricot, enriched by nuances of vanilla and sweet spices, typical of aging in wood. On the palate, it offers a velvety texture and a good balance, with a lingering aftertaste that leaves traces of cocoa and leather, testimony to a long rest in the barrels.

Ideal to be served as a digestif after a meal, this organic Armagnac from Dartigalongue pairs beautifully with high-quality dark chocolate or can be savored on its own, in a moment of pure pleasure and reflection. A true gem for lovers of high-end spirits and a dignified example of sustainability and tradition in French distillation.
