The Pouilly-Fumé Renardière from Domaine Bouchié Chatellier is a white wine from the renowned Loire region in France. This example is celebrated for its distinctive aromatic profile, with dominant notes of citrus, green apple, and a subtle trace of smoke, typical of the silex limestone terroir that characterizes this area. On the palate, the wine reveals a balanced structure, with a lively freshness that harmoniously complements a persistently mineral finish.

The Pouilly-Fumé Renardière is particularly appreciated for its ability to express the pure essence of sauvignon blanc, the variety from which it is produced. It is an excellent choice to accompany seafood, grilled fish, or scallops, and it also stands out as a refined aperitif. Its complexity and elegance make it a sought-after wine for connoisseurs and enthusiasts, ideal for special moments.
