Descrizione

Undoubtedly, one of the most significant wines produced by the Menhir Salento company. It stands out for its balanced sugar and alcohol content, accompanied by a good fixed acidity which helps to enhance its aromas and preserve them over time. The color is an intense ruby red with garnet reflections.

The aromas are enveloping: from black cherry in jam and syrup, to plum and mulberry, with notes of vanilla, cloves, carob and liquorice, as well as nuances of juniper berries.

On the palate, the consistency is fully revealed, appearing full, structured and pleasantly soft. In the finish, there are subtle references to medicinal herbs, completing a rich and satisfying sensorial experience.
