The Rosé di Puglia IGT Desire Luz & Zin of Pasqua is a wine that elegantly tells the richness of the Apulian territory. Produced mainly from Negroamaro grapes, typical of Salento, this rosé expresses freshness and character thanks to careful vinification, aimed at preserving the delicate balance between acidity and aromas. The limited aging in steel preserves the fruity scents, accompanied by floral notes and a pleasant slightly spicy aftertaste.

On the palate, it is vibrant and harmonious, with a well-balanced taste structure that invites sip after sip. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light Mediterranean cuisine dishes, such as summer salads, grilled fish, or seafood appetizers, Desire Luz & Zin enchants with its versatility and its ability to refresh the palate with delicacy and style. An authentic expression of Puglia to discover.
