The San Vincenzo by Anselmi is a white wine distinguished by its freshness and aromaticity, primarily produced from a selection of Garganega grapes, cultivated on the fertile hills of Verona characterized by volcanic soils that impart a distinctive minerality to the wine. The Anselmi winery, known for respecting tradition while maintaining a keen eye for innovation, has successfully created a wine that fully expresses the potential of the region.

Visually, it presents with a bright straw-yellow color, accented by greenish reflections that underscore its freshness. On the nose, San Vinceno unfolds a varied bouquet where notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear emerge, accompanied by delicate floral nuances and a slight citric touch.

On the palate, it is pleasantly harmonious, with a perfect balance between acidity and savoriness that makes it extremely drinkable and refreshing. Its aromatic persistence is remarkable, leaving a pleasant sensation of cleanliness on the palate.

San Vincenzo by Anselmi is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes based on fish, shellfish, or vegetables. It also excels with Asian cuisine, thanks to its ability to balance even quite intense flavors. A versatile wine that never fails to amaze with its elegance and its ability to express the unique character of its region of origin.

Winery history
The family estate dates back to the post-World War II period: according to the timeline on the official website, the business began in 1948 with Almerino Anselmi and continued under Roberto Anselmi, who from the 1970s–1980s reorganized vineyards on the upper hills and focused production on the quality of local grapes.
Production philosophy
Production focused on enhancing the hilly terroir and the Garganega grape variety, using high-density planting, cluster selection and trials of resistant grape varieties. The winery has chosen to label many of its wines as Veneto IGT, consistent with a production approach independent of certain denomination rules.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located on the hills of Monteforte d'Alpone and Soave, in sites such as Foscarino and Zoppega; soils characterized by volcanic tuff and limestone formations that impart minerality and a diurnal temperature range to the grapes.
Awards and recognitions
