The Sherry Fino Jerez of Lustau is a refined expression of Andalusian winemaking art, coming from the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry denomination, an iconic area in the south of Spain. Made from the Palomino grape, this Fino stands out for its lightness and elegance, the result of aging in oak barrels according to the traditional biological system under a veil of “flor”.

On the nose, it opens with delicate and complex aromas, ranging from notes of almond, yeast, and white flowers to hints of bread crust and green olives. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and savory, with a subtle but incisive structure, capable of delivering a vibrant and clean persistence.

This Sherry Fino of Lustau pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, fresh shellfish, and light tapas. It is also ideal as a refined aperitif, capable of stimulating the palate and preparing it for more structured courses. A true ambassador of the sherry tradition, which clearly expresses the unique terroir of Jerez and the mastery of Lustau.
