The Brut Brut Nature Classic Method Sparkling Wine by Francesco Bellei is an excellence in the production of Classic Method sparkling wines, representing the maximum expression of purity and elegance. This sparkling wine, the result of the expert vinification and long experience of the Bellei winery, is obtained through a rigorous selection of grapes, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle and a prolonged refinement on the yeasts, without adding dosage at the time of dégorgement, which qualifies it as "Brut Nature".

The choice not to add dosage makes this sparkling wine extremely pure and faithful to the expression of the grape variety and terroir, offering a unique flavor profile, where freshness and complexity blend in a perfect balance. The lack of dosage enhances the natural characteristics of the grapes and the winemaking process, allowing the aromas and flavors to express themselves with maximum intensity and clarity.

Visually, it presents a brilliant straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage, a sign of the quality of the winemaking and refinement. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, with notes of fresh fruit, citrus, toasted bread and yeasts, enriched by mineral nuances that add depth and refinement to the olfactory profile.

In the mouth, the wine is characterized by an extraordinary freshness and liveliness, with a balanced acidity that supports an intense and clean flavor texture. The lack of dosage contributes to a sensation of purity and precision, with a long and incisive finish that leaves room for mineral and fresh fruit notes.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with refined dishes based on fish, seafood and white meat, the Brut Brut Nature Classic Method Sparkling Wine by Francesco Bellei is also an excellent companion for moments of celebration and tasting, where the search for quality and elegance comes first.

With his Brut Brut Nature "Classic Method", Francesco Bellei demonstrates the winery's commitment to the production of sparkling wines of the highest level, where the tradition of Classic Method winemaking combines with the search for excellence and purity, offering a tasting experience unforgettable.
