The Spumante Moscatello Selvatico Dolce - L'Archetipo is born from Moscato grapes carefully cultivated in a territory dedicated to aromatic-sweet viticulture. This designation fully reflects the characteristic aroma and natural sweetness of the grape variety, which is expressed with intensity thanks to a careful selection of the grapes and a winemaking method that preserves the floral and fruity essence. The sparkling process gives the wine a fine and lively bubble that enhances the typical freshness of Moscato.

In the glass, it presents a bright golden color with luminous reflections, while on the nose it opens with intense scents of orange blossoms, peach, and sweet citrus notes that envelop in an elegant and delicate bouquet. On the palate, the balanced sweetness is accompanied by a lively acidity, offering a pleasant harmony of taste and persistence. This sparkling wine is ideal to enjoy as an aperitif or paired with light desserts, dry pastries, and fresh fruit, highlighting the versatility of Moscato in its most authentic and wild expression.

Winery history
The Dibenedetto family has been working the land in the Contrada San Giorgio/Contrada Tafuri area since the 1970s; in the 1990s the business moved into bottling, while the modern winery in Contrada Tafuri was developed in the following decade. From 2010 onwards the estate consolidated its identity by promoting the recovery of local varieties and experimenting with natural sparkling winemaking. In 2016 L’Archetipo was included in the Triple A catalog, a recognition mentioned by the winery itself.
Production philosophy
Farming practices based on Agricoltura Sinergica: minimal soil disturbance, no pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and companion planting. In the cellar, spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts are favored, filtration is limited or absent, and a minimal-intervention approach is taken to sulfite management.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Castellaneta in the Puglia region, with vineyards in the Murgia/Taranto area and some bottlings labeled Salento IGP.
Awards and recognitions
