To the eye, the wine presents a bright pale yellow color. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of white flowers, melon, and subtle notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine expresses lively freshness with a slight minerality, accompanied by a flavor palette reminiscent of green apples and pears, with a slightly citrusy finish.

Over time the property has enhanced its local vineyards and begun the transition to organic methods, developing a production focused on expressing the terroir and the individual parcels.
Production philosophy
The work is based on expressing the terroir: organic viticulture practices, hand-harvesting, parcel selection, restrained winemaking with indigenous yeasts, and extended ageing on the lees to preserve the raw material and the personality of the wines.
