The Toscana Vermentino IGT "Massovivo" produced by Tenuta Ammiraglia of Frescobaldi is a splendid expression of elegance and freshness typical of the Vermentino variety grown in the picturesque region of Tuscany. Nestled on hills where the microclimate is ideal for viticulture, Massovivo enchants with its perfect balance between acidity and structure.

This wine presents itself in a bright straw-yellow color, which already hints at its vivacity. On the nose, Massovivo reveals a complex and inviting bouquet of aromas: notes of white flowers, such as jasmine and acacia, blend with hints of fresh fruit, primarily citrus and white peach, enriched by a light touch of Mediterranean aromatic herbs.

The palate is equally captivating, with a freshness that pervades every sip, accompanied by a well-balanced minerality that confirms the olfactory sensations. The structure of this Vermentino is supported by a vibrant acidity that leads to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

Particularly versatile at the table, Massovivo pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish-based dishes or seafood, but is also an excellent companion for fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes based on vegetables.

A wine that is not only a pleasure to drink, but also a testament to the rich viticultural heritage of Tuscany, passionately cared for by the historical Frescobaldi family. Tenuta Ammiraglia, in particular, dedicates meticulous care in the selection of grapes and in winemaking, ensuring that each bottle of Massovivo tells the story of the terroir from which it comes.
