The base of this vermouth is a dry white wine, carefully selected for its fresh notes and its ability to harmonize seamlessly with the complexity of the botanical extracts. The secret recipe, passed down from generation to generation, includes herbs such as wormwood, cardamom, chamomile, and orange peel, which are meticulously macerated to enhance their aromas and flavors.
Visually, the Valentini San Romedio Vermouth presents with a light, bright, and enticing amber color. On the nose, it offers an intricate and inviting bouquet, with citrus accents and spicy notes that blend with delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is velvety and complex, with a perfect balance between the natural sweetness of the wine and the freshness of the aromatic herbs. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste that stimulates the palate.
Ideal as an aperitif, the Valentini San Romedio Vermouth can be served cold, with a slice of lemon or orange to further enhance its aromas. It is also a superb ingredient for classic cocktails like the Negroni or Manhattan, adding a touch of elegance and complexity to the mix.
This vermouth is not just a beverage, it is a genuine sensory experience that transports those who taste it to the heart of Italian wine-making traditions, making every sip a moment of pure pleasure.
