The Vino Ecològico Bio of Bodega Marques de Caceres is born in the renowned Rioja region, a territory famous for its winemaking vocation and attention to sustainability. Produced with grapes cultivated in strict compliance with organic principles, this wine expresses the essence of tempranillo, a native grape variety that provides structure and harmony.

The aging, managed with environmentally friendly methods, favors the limited use of sulfites and traditional techniques aimed at enhancing the fruit. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, while on the nose it reveals aromas of ripe red fruits and light herbal notes. On the palate, it is balanced, with soft tannins and a fresh, persistent finish.

This wine pairs with dishes from the Mediterranean tradition, such as roasted white meats or young cheeses, offering an authentic sensory experience, rich in character and respect for the territory.
