The Vorberg Pinot Bianco Riserva Alto Adige DOC 2021 from the Terlano winery is an excellent example of how Pinot Bianco can express its best in this geographic area. This wine comes from the sunny slopes of Alto Adige, a region known for its top-quality white wines, where the unique microclimate imparts distinctive characteristics to the grapes.

The color is light straw yellow, with hints of greenish reflections. On the nose, the Vorberg Pinot Bianco Riserva offers an aromatic and complex bouquet, combining fruity notes of green apple and peach with more evolved nuances of dried fruit and vanilla, thanks also to the maturation in wooden barrels. On the palate, the wine is structured and well-balanced, with a lively freshness that perfectly harmonizes with a slight creaminess.

This Pinot Bianco is ideal to be paired with refined fish dishes or white meats, but it can also be an excellent companion for a special evening, thanks to its elegance and complexity. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 10-12°C to fully appreciate its qualities.
