Distillation in copper pot stills (traditional configuration: wash and spirit stills); presence of triple‑distilled expressions for specific releases.
Ageing
Maturation across a wide selection of casks (three‑cask maturation for the core 10/12-year range; four‑cask selections for longer age statements). Use of both ex‑bourbon casks and wine and sherry casks for finishes and finishing.
